This is where I get to know exactly what you are looking to get done. We can talk about your timeline, budget, and details about the vision for your idea. Don’t hold anything back! I want to make sure I understand what you’re thinking.
I’ll send you an official proposal with an overview of the project as I understood it per what we discussed in the previous project scoping step. This proposal will include the budget and a timeline. A signature is required, but the goal is that it won’t be hard to sign, because it’s exactly what you want.
Depending on the size of the project, a down payment may be required before we begin. That amount will be discussed and agreed upon in the scoping and proposal. It’s usually a percent upfront. The rest is due upon completion and receipt of your perfect product..
In the project creation phase I’ll send you updates and proofs per the agreed upon timeline. It’s quite normal to have desired edits to proofs I send your way. These small edits are for the purpose of making sure it’s exactly what you’re looking for to the last detail. Once you’ve received the final product, I’d love you to leave a review so I know how I did, and how to improve!
